Hallhill Developments have submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to East Lothian Council for Planning in Principle for a Mixed-use Development (Major Application) for land at Spott Road/Kellie Road, Dunbar (behind ASDA and near Dunbear). This comprises Hotel, Offices, Affordable Housing, Care Home, Nursery, Elderly Amenity Flats, Class V and VII, Retail, Drive-Thru, PV Farm and a District Heating Energy Centre.
They intend to hold a Public Event/Exhibition towards the end of April, subject to the agreement of East Lothian Council.
