The main points from the November meeting are as follows:
- Angela Leitch, CEO of East Lothian Council was in attendance and updated members on current Council issues, and received an update from members about issues in Dunbar.
- A number of town maintenance issues were discussed, many of which have been referred to ELC for action.
- Members reported on two planning seminars for implementing planning reform.
- Local Priorities applications for “Pop Up Jims”, Dunbar Against Litter, and East Lothian Foodbank were approved.
- Provision of a new computer for the DCC Secretary was approved.
- Successful Armistice Centenary commemorations have been held, and the War Memorial restoration is complete.
