the meeting opened with a presentation from John Montgomery about the work of the First Responders and the need to significantly improve defibrillator coverage in Dunbar by purchasing 5 new defibrillators for which they have submitted a funding application.
Following an inadvertent disclosure of a Councillors home address on social media, an apology was made to the Councillor affected and all were reminded of the importance of ensuring councillor privacy in such matters.

There was a lengthy discussion about a planning application for the installation of a surface water pipe on land to the East of Dunbar garden Centre. Two affected residents were present.
there was discussion about a major change application for the Rocks Hotel in Marine Road. A neighbour was present to represent objections from local residents.
Preparations for Dunbar Civic Week which starts on 14th June are progressing well.
