Graham Adams and the team who helped him transform Dunbar High Street with the project to paint neglected tenements were guests of honour last night at the Dunbar Community Council reception. Graham was presented with a bound copy of photographs showing before and after pictures of some of the buildings. Also, Stephen Bunyan, the recently retired Chairman, was honoured for his many years of service on DCC.
