There is currently a vacancy on Dunbar Community Council, and applications from willing volunteers are invited from Dunbar residents. The Community Council meets on the third Monday of the each month at 7pm in Dunbar Town House. Current planning applications, local issues, town maintenance etc are discussed, so that the views of the Dunbar Community can be properly represented to East Lothian Council and other public bodies. This is an opportunity for a public spirited individual to step forward and help to make a difference. Past minutes are available on this website, which will give an idea of the range of issues and activities involved.
