There will be an introductory meeting in the Methodist Church Hall to include a supervised tour of the newly refurbished site for anyone interested in making use of the Dunbar Harbour Battery. This will include a question and answer session.
More detail will be available on the night, but the general principles can be summarised as follows. Where artists, musicians and actors (or similar) wish to offer a performance to the public for free, there will be no charge for the use of the venue, only for any additional costs required to put on the performance. Where a show is put on for profit, or where the venue is to be used for a private gathering, it will be appropriate for a donation to be offered for the ongoing maintenance of Dunbar Battery.
