Coastal Community Fund (CCF)

Dunbar Expression of Interest

The volunteer task group met on 19 April to pull together all the local projects which had been submitted to date.  Using the CCF criteria and a notional maximum grant application figure of £300,000, the projects were divided into two categories:
1.  Projects which would fit into a joint Dunbar submission;
2.  Projects which on their own would require resources beyond the scope of the Dunbar bid.

Attached is the result of this process.  Members of the task group will be contacting the proposers of those projects which have not been included in the combined Dunbar bid to explain the group’s reasoning.  Other members will be looking at projects with a similar theme to see if they will work together, e.g. the wood related projects, and the group will be working individually over the weekend on the various sections of Dunbar’s Expression of Interest.  The Task Group is meeting to finalise the bid on Tuesday 24 April, hopefully at 9:30 am in the Town House.  Anyone who would like to assist with this process is welcome to come along.
